World Padel Rating (WPR) and the Quebec Padel Association (PAQ) have signed a three-year agreement that names WPR the exclusive official rating system for PAQ sanctioned play. The deal extends WPR’s footprint across Canada and gives Quebec players a single, standardized rating that travels across clubs, tournaments, and international competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Under the agreement, every match played within PAQ-sanctioned competition will count toward a player’s WPR. That translates into more accurate skill-level placement at draws, faster matchmaking at clubs, and a verifiable way for Quebec players to measure progress against the rest of the WPR ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WPR gives us a system that is fair, dynamic, and built for how the sport is actually played in 2026.
