THRILLER IN SARASOTA: PADEL X WINS PADEL CLUB LEAGUE’S AMERICA’S CUP

Sarasota, FL – From January 17 to 19, the new padel city of Sarasota became the epicenter of competitive padel as eight premier clubs from across the country clashed in the America’s Cup, the final showdown of the Padel Club League (PCL) by Alovéa, in partnership with the USPA. Teams from Dallas Padel Club, Padel39, Padel X, PATL, Real Padel, The Sports Haus, Taktika, and Tempo competed over three days of intense action in the club team format.

The tournament began with round-robin group play, featuring two groups of four clubs each. Padel X advanced from one of two groups to secure a place in the finals; meanwhile in the second group, The Sports Haus narrowly edged out Dallas Padel Club in a dramatic finish, advancing to the finals by a single point.

The finals were a spectacle of padel excellence, with Padel X and The Sports Haus delivering high energy performances to the delight of the Sarasota crowd. The championship came down to sets, as the teams were tied 2-2 in matches. Ultimately, Padel X’s depth and consistency earned them the title of champions, cementing their status as this year’s powerhouse in the padel community.
